Collect the minimum safe record

  1. Choose one failing example and one expected result.
  2. Record the site domain, exact page or route, time and timezone, signed-in role, and smallest reproducible action.
  3. Record installed WordPress, PHP, WooCommerce, GymCore, and directly relevant extension versions.
  4. Capture the status code and complete visible error. Include only sanitized identifiers needed to correlate the event.
  5. If a browser or provider error matters, keep the route, method, status, timestamp, and redacted error; remove request and response bodies unless support specifically approves a safe excerpt.

Never include

  • Passwords, API or license keys, database credentials, cookies, authorization headers, nonces, signatures, or signed URLs.
  • Payment-card data, full billing addresses, private notes, signatures, bulk exports, backups, or database dumps.
  • Full rosters, conversations, message bodies, or personal records when a sanitized identifier and error are enough.

Support boundary

Review the package as if it were public, name who may access it, and set a deletion date. Send it only through the approved GymCore contact route.

A support suggestion is not permission to change production, broaden access, erase data, charge, refund, send, import, or publish. Require an authorized owner, expected result, rollback, and installed-version verification first.

Need help?
