GymCore grew out of the daily work of running a martial arts academy: attendance, rank reviews, family follow-up, and the exceptions staff need to handle before class.

Andrew Wikel founded GymCore after seeing academy staff keep members, classes, ranks, waivers, and billing in separate records. GymCore connects those records from the operator’s view.
GymCore shows the next item that needs review. The person responsible for the academy still makes the decision.
